I started my career journey in BPO industries for customer service and international US insurance process for back office. While working with great passion for 11 years a good turn came into my life, when I and my better half MRS.SADHANA GORE got associated with LIC. MR. ANAND DUPARGUDE, a very dynamic and wonderful person, whom I accept as my GURU showed me the path of this Noble Profession. Putting in extra and sincere efforts daily even after working hours helped me realise it in a developing insurance business. Though I was happy with my BPO career, the happiness in serving peoples and MR. DUPARGUDE'S discerning eyes visualising me rising at no. 1 position made me rethink about my career. So to bring out the best in me I decided to quit my BPO career and opted for Life Insurance Corporation of India as a Profession. During the last 7 years, I have achieved Hat Trick MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table, an International Club of Insurance Professionals for Best Performance and High Standard of Customer Services) for the three consecutive years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Mission
My mission is to reach out to the masses, educate them about the concept of life insurance, secure their future dreams and protect their families financially in the absence of the breadwinner of family. I am very much confident of reaching out to all, establish the faith and strong relationship with all my customers and policyholders.
